4 stars: Good app, clean interface, nice privacy information (ability to delete the account from inside the app). But the app is not for me, I am looking for something that will start the fasting period for me and end it for me.
4 stars: Excellent app. It used to let me stay logged in but has been logging me out each time lately . That's why 4 stars instead of 5. Very easy to use. To have one's weight recorded, you need to input the weight while you are fasting. There's a place to keep notes or journal your fasting experience. No ads.
5 stars: It's really nice to have a countdown showing you how much longer you need to go. In moments of weakness, knowing that you only have three more hours to reach your goal is great!

I was tired and bored of complicated/eye tiring designs. this app is simple and doesn't scare you on fasting. shows your goals and I really liked the pink bar shows how much progress you made when you set a time goal.
