3 stars: I do really like this app! Its practical and easy to do but yet very effective workouts! Especially in a time where movement is limited due to the pandemic. This is a great option. I'm on day 29 and I have lost and kept off about 4lbs
5 stars: I've downloaded this a few times, and not really stuck to it or used it much. This time I opened right away and it seems very well set up, and guides you from one to the next work out activity with short rest periods in between. I love that it also has the option to skip the rest periods or add 20 seconds as you see fit. Very well organized.
5 stars: This app is very useful I really loved it so much and I use it now because I am an 11 year old girl and I used to go to the gym and exercise with my coach but for these horrible quarantine days gyms are closed and I can't continue doing anything with my coach so my friends told me that they use this app and that it's very useful so I took there advice and I didn't regret it at all . I really appreciate this app
