3 stars: I would love to be overly happy with Verizon Wireless as it's something I ritualistically pay for. It seems however that it just doesn't have the power to maintain and keep all information up to date. Even when updates become available not having Wi-Fi becomes an issue. That is my complaint. Other than that affordable service. Even if not fully reliable. Yes I'm on the prepaid service.
3 stars: Mediocre app that sends unnecessary notifications and requires too many permissions not needed for it to work. It does provide the information about your account that you would expect. The interface is poorly designed making it hard to get the information that you want. Also, beware of the deceptive rewards program that share your personal data under the guise of giving you free stuff.
3 stars: I don't like that the app says my remaining data is 0% when I go into my Verizon as of a couple weeks ago. Then it brings me to a sign in screen and after I've signed in, it says I have 100% data! Why doesn't it recognize my phone automatically like most other apps? And it did give me my real data usage automatically until a couple weeks ago instead of saying 0% which is unnerving. .
4 stars: Honestly, Verizon Wireless has done a really good job on their app. I can't remember the last time I had to actually call them. I can get almost everything I need right from the app. Can't always say that about some other company's apps. The wireless side needs to lend out their develop...
