5 stars: Love this app!!!! It is very easy to follow, includes warmups, shows you the correct way to preform each exercise and gives you timed breaks. It is like your own personal trainer you can take anywhere.

5 stars: I have really enjoyed this app. There's various workouts and plans, including plans such as 'fitter' 'stronger' 'weight loss'. I've been using the 'fitter' plan, which has involved 18 workouts. You're meant to do 3 workouts a week for 6 weeks. You can pick from 10, 20 or 30 mins each time.
