4 stars: This app have the potential to be an invaluable training tool. I have not used it extensively but have a medical backround and 30 yrs weight and fitness training experience and am super impressed by the possibilities......the only major down side is the cost! Not living in the US means mega costs as the exchange rate to our currency is high. So the pro version is not accessible to us. Great pity! Thanks anyway. Great App!!

5 stars: So far I like what I see. I just opened it and have only watched a couple of videos. I appreciate the graphics listing the target muscles as well as the stabilizer muscles as well as the tips showing common mistakes while performing the exercises.
5 stars: I accidentally installed a different app when I wanted the strength training app! They refunded it immediately, and I loaded the strength and training app without an issue! I have watched it every day since the 29th of Dec and it's the 2nd ... They add new videos ... It's like your own Personal Trainer in a sense.
4 stars: It's a great component if you want to learn muscles targeted during different training exercises, some of the videos don't load if there are more than 1 in a series. Unsure if it's a loading glitch or a system e...
