5 stars: The cars are fine. The fact that your unable to drop off the vehicle at different locations are my issue. Furthermore, I feel that the app limits you to what it needs you do to pay. I want to speak to someone and it took me a day and a half. Terrible.
4 stars: When I add a memo, I cannot exit the text box to complete the booking. Also, having to scroll the time selections and being unable (!) to click them took me a while to learn. Nice app otherwise.
4 stars: Few hiccups with the app, but in the main works really well. Additional features would be good like the ability to report new damage found, or other issues.
4 stars: Quite straightforward to get the car, coupled with the sometimes erratic google maps got me to Heathrow T5 in ample time. 3rd time of using zip cars to get to and from the airport and no complaints so far!
4 stars: I have been having a wonderful experience with zipcar and using this app is easy and convenient. My only recommendation would be making it possible to have drop off locations instead of dropping off only where you picked the car up from.
5 stars: Great app. On my Android this is one glitch. Filling out the memo field is required but can be tricky to complete and finish the reservation.
