3 stars: Your app service is so low quality. I frequently buy launch tickets and it's terribly slow, hard to verify bkash payment, needs to pay bkash seperately and needs to call customer care for verification or ticket confirmation and there has another problem. Customer care takes more than 3 minutes just to pick my call up or connect to the agent. So bothering. Make it simple.
5 stars: Like its name, it actually made my life 'SHOHOZ' (easier)... By using this app on a daily basis I'm getting benifits from every possible angle... It's quite easy to use, easy to understand.... For It's flexibility anyone can use this app even if he's not that much educated. So Let's cheer up for this amazing Super App!
5 stars: This version of the app is stable and working as expected. I'm a big fan of shohoz food and ride. Though in my area sometimes it is hard to get a rider but the app experience is good. I hope they improve it even more.
