4 stars: Usually excellent. However could you add the corner designation. Example NW means I wait on the Northwest corner. I have missed my bus because I am used to driving and weighted where I I knew I would get there quicker. The second thing that would be helpful would be a map of every bus route. That way I could walk between and get places quicker
3 stars: I love the fact I can purchase tickets for Metro and just show it on my phone versus having to juggle $$$ around. BUT, when I need to activate a ticket, I CAN'T! I have my Data/WIFI turned on and still can't activate my ticket when boarding the bus. That's F***ING frustrating not to mention I have to find/juggle $$$ to pay my fare when I already purchased tickets.
4 stars: Generally accurate, this app allows for planning out when to leave the house. I don't bother with actually following when to leave the house, as transit give you about half a second to make any connections. It does have a rare issue where a bus it's tracking will suddenly cease to exist, which I'm assuming is due to an issue in the tracking and not because buses are getting thrown out of existence. Still, one of the better apps for travel.
5 stars: Does what it's supposed to with a great UI, plenty of information, and while it can be slow (several minutes) to update on bus delays, that should be expected since the bus network has to report delays and it has to make calls for data to update its real-time info.
