Thankfully I was able through the mobile website because I would have been totally upset with not sit with my fiance on our flight due to a technical error. Fix it, American.
3 stars: I just want to book a flight on my phone. The app consistantly has errors. A few months ago it let me get to the last step and kept having an error message. I ended up not being able to book that flight because it was full by time I got to a computer. Now it won't let me even see flight/layover details. I've been using this app for two years and it has always sucked. It's the worst part of traveling with AA.
3 stars: User interface is clunky and frustrating when trying to update traveler information. It would have an error if more than one field was being changed at a time and not save any of the changes.
