3 stars: Constantly says I need to clear out cache - even when cache is at 0. Ive never had an app have issues with cache as often or as much as this one. Also your constantly told to refer to the 'help' area if you have questions - and honestly I cannot find the 'help' content at all...even when you search help nothing is found.
5 stars: 0066: No account returned for UPDA ? I've tried updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling. The app worked at first, for about 2 weeks, now I can't watch any of the episodes. What's the problem? It might be more helpful if the error codes were more explanatory. Update: Customer care was very quick to respond, and I easily resolved it by signing out of my TV provider account on the app, and signing back in. Worked immediately!
3 stars: I've really been enjoying a number of shows for quite a few months, but recently whole seasons at a time are being removed. Most annoying is the total removal of Phineas \u0026 Ferb. I''ve noticed other shows losing seasons or shows, so I'm wondering if it's a problem with the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it helps. #RestorePhineasAndFerb
4 stars: The app is very easy and enjoyable to use and there are plenty of fun games to play. My only complaints would be the fact that there's no way to watch or play offline, and that getting the shows and movies depend on your cable TV provider.
