3 stars: I purchase the VIP option with the understanding that it would stop the ads the ads have not stopped and I thought it was a one-time fee but it is charged my bank again this month I need to find out how to get it off of my game can someone please help me?

5 stars: 2.2.1 version Jewels Gems game 2019 the game keeps blacking out or sometimes it with stick and i cant play. Please fix this problem soon. On level 900. Love this game. Thanks.
