4 stars: Perfect except when you open the recorded calls in a media player of any kind the person on the other end is hard to hear but your voice is loud. Also the recorded file type should be mp4 not amr. Pretty much everything now a days uses mp4 and there's no way to set it to save files to your sd card instead of your phone. I am paying for this app so please try to fix this.
4 stars: I do like opening unknown #s in my call history \u0026 watching it change to what the app thinks the # is, \u0026 it's usually right. I've paid for premium, set it to default \u0026 tried all 7 configurations but my phone will not record. Seems all S Galaxy line has this problem (J337) I was excited to try the video caller id but thought it was included in premium. Overall, still a worthwhile app. FANTASTIC for caller ID.
4 stars: It is a great app just one problem recording is good but to hear back the messages not hearing the messages properly at all you have to strain your ears. The older version before this one was way better . Can you all fix that problem please before updating to 2020 please. Thank you. I really want to give a 5 star.
