3 stars: Phone does not ring, I only see missed calls later in my notifications I enabled push Support ticket can't be easy made throughout application, so that's why I write review here I will cancel my subscription, as I only miss calls with this app
4 stars: Good app, only thing I miss is call forwarding which be a great feature. Sometimes it drops or in lose connection but what can ya do. But yes I like it a lot.

3 stars: The app is working ok, but on Samsung S10+ you can change the ringtone only with the system notification sounds which is so annoying. Why is not possible to select from system ringtones?

5 stars: Works great once you figure out how to configure it. Not really CounterPath's issue because SIP services are annoying to begin with. Bria's support team is awesome though and came through for me even when the SIP vendor left me high and dry. Thank you!!!
3 stars: The app won't stay active and running in the background or something to allow me to receive calls even when the app is not open and running, please help how do I keep it open, currently when the app is no longer the focus then I get deregistered from the server and mods calls as a result, I would think this would be a basic feature...
