3 stars: This app is okay for making money but the support is virtually non-existent, I can imagine their training goes like this: \
3 stars: The app seems to decide on its own when it's going to make a sound or one's going to make the phone light up. The app often gives a ride pop up which then disappears before you can touch it, this has cost me $$$ on multiple occasions; breaking up three consecutive rides or started me over on the first ride. There's a lot of work to do here. lastly we can't even thank a rider for a tip.
