3 stars: I'm really enjoying this app, they definitely took time into realizing some people, have no equipment. Some really cool free weight work out. The only thing I would like to see is some voice over. A voice to discribe the workout, how to do it, and to say the number of reps. And move the video to the beginning so we see a visual right away. Probably gonna spend the $60 to try out the food part. Will edit after.
5 stars: It is just like having a personal trainer without the expense. I like that you can switch excercises and that it keeps track of the weights you used last. It has a great fitness test to find out your experience and ability level. Over the years I have lost a lot of my flexibility and this is helping get back on track. Probably the best app I have downloaded.
5 stars: Just started using bodbot. So far, so good. Love the different types of work outs for over all health. I am usually a weights kind of guy, however, lunges, hip flexor, push ups, etc....are getting me to think and train out of the box. Working with the Bodbot team on understanding the app and so far they have been fantastic. I will update after a couple of months. I would recommend this app to others.
3 stars: Great concept and really like how well the workouts are tailored to you, but the app has several irritating bugs - if you have a rest timer running the app blocks you from using most of the useful features or starting another exercise. If you turn rest timers off, the feat...
