3 stars: App works, just a shame that nearly everything is a subscription service. (and the vehicle we have doesn't have all the services in the 'pack' - so when I had a look it said only 3 of the 7 services were available but its still the same price)
3 stars: App is good but not sure where the issue lies, this app or the new version of android auto because when connected to android auto, the haptic pad or steering wheel controls dont work. Not sure of this app needs an update with the new version of android auto?

5 stars: The application is excellent with many useful features but compering with other car brands this is a space ship! We have few other vehicles, in our company, and this is much better than any. Thank you Mercedes for having application as good as a car. Talking about S class, E class and latest Android version Samsung.
