5 stars: I love this app! The premium content (I got the annual sub) is necessary to get the most out of it though. But then you have so many choices/way to help you meditate, sleep, or just relax. It's updated daily with new content. You can download or favorite the sessions you love for use later. I'm just a beginner but I know that Calm really works for me
5 stars: I really like Calm. Had a subscription for a year but the only reason I canceled was because I just didn't seem to use it as often as I had intended due to busy schedule. I love the breathing bubble and the many options of soothing sounds for relaxing or meditation. Only 1 thing...it should be more straight forward to cancel, I couldn't do it using the app, I had to email and then wait for a reply.
3 stars: Really great and helpful content but very glitchy app. Audio stops randomly (with strong internet connection). When this occurs during the recorded in-line pauses can leave you waiting unnecessarily. I have to keep checking it's playing. Not very calming! Video loses sync with audio. Notifications cannot always be exited and needs a restart. Ironic for a calming app.
4 stars: The app offers interesting material and I use it daily, every morning, on my commute to work and back home, before and after workouts, when I'm taking a bath... The options are endless. It's worth the paid subscription. But... it would be better if it allowed adding a whole series of sessions to favorites and not just the ind...
