3 stars: PLEASE GO BACK TO OLDER VERSION! New update is extremely inconvenient. Every time I open the app to check off a set it pauses my music bc the video is on auto. The overall look of the new update is too cluttered also. It doesn't show all the sets necessary to finish the exercise. I keep forgetting to scroll up to check off the set vs in the old version all the sets were listed right there without having to scroll.
3 stars: Plans are great and the access is great. New update is very inconvenient. Auto plays videos which isnt good for data, and stops your music, theres no option to disable auto play that I've found. Occasionally timers dont match the actual workout plan so one says 10 minutes then you go into it and it says 30.
4 stars: Does anyone know how to turn the auto play video function off? Really anmoying that my music stops playing every 2 seconds to play a video i don't want to watch! And the rest counter stops if you exit the app between sets. Horrible update. Please return to previous version asap! - updated, the app has been updated with changes and is now much better to use!
