5 stars: I like it a lot. You select what you want to do and it guides you through it. Pretty easy, just follow the app and you don't have to think about it. But you do have to be goal orientated. If your goal is to do 200 pushups, perfect, if your goal is to loose weight this app alone isn't enough. Doing 200 pushups is cool though
4 stars: Subscriber fee change from £1.50 to £4.99?? No. Updated: Changed as a Pro subscription was now given to me at a reasonable lifetime price. Now it is worth it!

I also like how it has you test your max each week before setting up your next week's training. that way it doesn't progress beyond your means too fast like some similar apps
