4 stars: This is probably my favorite house buying app. It seems to accurately give the schools for a given house (rather than just school districts), nice to automatically know what the commute will be from any given house, and it's easy to navigate. The one thing it is lacking that I wish it had was the ability to see what rooms are on each floor (for example so that you can see whether 3 BRs are on the same floor).
3 stars: I like most things with the app. The consumer side, the addition of the Take Notes is nice, but we need to have that across platforms. If i view a house and enter some notes on my android phone, and open zillow on my PC, I'd like to see the same notes. As well my wife has an iPhone the notes need to be viewable across platforns.
3 stars: Very easy to use, I can search in more than 1 state and good results. But now that I've saved some rental homes, I'm glad I did because there are no more rentals showing on the map. It's the 2nd or 3rd time I've tried. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. Ugh
3 stars: Finding homes in this app isn't that easy and it only gives options for schools from elementary to high school no junior colleges or universities, not all children stay on campus or rent apartments to go to school. Some students need to be close to their families for many reasons so putting in the ability to find homes within an hour from universities and community colleges would make looking easier.
