5 stars: Has all the major icons and many that are more obscure. If they don't have the exact icon, they have many that can substitute. Also, you can submit suggestions for icons they don't currently have. Today they added one for my insurance company's app.

4 stars: The icons are pleasing to look at, but there are some that in my opinion need some rework, for example Google Voice. However, this is INCREDIBLY subjective so don't go off of my opinion....
