3 stars: I have had problems with this software on 3 phones of it randomly crashing. Trying to talk to customer support about this is like talking to a brick all. How are they not understanding what I'm saying. The first 2 times I contacted them about something help was fast. This time. It's slow and frustrating.
5 stars: Just over a year ago I used purevpn and was quite disappointed. Outstanding improvements in a year. I have tried the top 4 vpn services recently and purevpn is by far the best. Some turnaround. Simple to use and excellent for streaming in full hd. Online help was also excellent.
3 stars: As with other VPN's the connection speed tops out at around 90meg, if this is around d your connection speed then I'd happily recommend it, it does what it says and is very well priced, just wish I'd checked the speeds before getting a one year sub lol
