3 stars: FLIGHTS:Good app it was for flight booking but no honest offers , it's hard to understand how the promotion codes are applied..THAT to till today I traveled a lot n found no offers which I can find attractive. It would be great if app is found to b more productive. HOTELS: Fake app for hotel sections no Customer care for hotels, they will say for arranging call back, but no **** calls us, don't pay in advance for hotel ..

5 stars: Flight and hotel booking online comes with a risk. Sometimes your booking is cancelled and your money gets stuck. Not with heg. Not once has my booking been cancelled in the several times I have booked flights with them.
