4 stars: Mostly good but there was an error in my first booking for which I was told I would have a voucher as compensation but that voucher did not eventuate. I purchased further tickets to another show, which arrived promptly with no problem but I was disappointed about the voucher ($25.00 I was told)
5 stars: Easy to purchase, access and use tickets. Bought my Ottawa Senators tickets the day of the event and received them in plenty of time before the game. Also saved alot of money compared to face value. Will definitely be a repeat buyer.

5 stars: Buying tickets was super easy. No problems at venue. Prices were reasonable. Love how I can see what view is like from seat before purchasing.
4 stars: So works ok. A nice feature would be to buy a group of tickets at one time from two sellers. i.e. I want 6 seats, show me 3 seats directly behind 3 seats as an option.
5 stars: I was concerned first use that tickets would not work at the gate. But it was so easy to buy, store the info and the tickets bar code worked seemlessly and all went smoothly.
