4 stars: I find the app slow. Would be nice to turn on the seat warmers and would be nice if possible to have this a two way system. If the car is tampered with you get a notification. The only other thing that would be great is some sort of email or website advising the status of the app. Currently its loading then closing instantly. Not sure if there's dire maintenance going on or something else.
3 stars: App forced an update, since then the remote start button has disappeared from the app ! With the winter coming, it would be fun to be able to remote start the engine... Why remove the option ? EDIT: the button is back now. It was not available all day.
3 stars: Great app connected to car perfectly and does what it says, however even on my flagship Galaxy S10 Plus it takes FOREVER to load the app.
3 stars: Useful but not as much as I had hoped. There appears to be no way to turn on heated seats, side mirror defrosters (or other defrosters, either) or the heated steering wheel. Ideally these would be activated at a distance while the car is plugged in -- we're in Canada, after all!
3 stars: Good app once you can get logged in . Make it easier to access please. Needs an option to stop the flashing lights after it starts, my neighbours don't need to see those at 4 am . Also add control of rear defrost,heated seats and steering wheel.
