4 stars: Needs more FREE content. Great app. I have only recently found picmonkey again and I'm not sure if the app is going to measure up to others i use but I'll give it a shot. The backgrounds are pretty boring and slightly on the immature side, I am in my 30s and it's not especially unique or able to sway me from my other editing apps yet. Add more free filters and overlays too...
