3 stars: Crashes constantly, otherwise great.
3 stars: I'm new to this - having resisted smartphones for years. It could be my device but pages take a while to load and I can't always read profiles. Have chatted with some great guys internationally... but sadly the local guys are still in the closet. Overall I find the app simple but slow, great for simple technophobes like me, but wish it was faster.
3 stars: It's relatively quirky, some messages don't go or come through, can't resize images (at least on Android app) and if you try it'll just save to your phone, alerts are either super loud or nothing at all. Otherwise, I enjoy the crowd of bears the app is used by as it seems to draw the more humble gays vs the snooty scruff dudes.
4 stars: Good app which I've used for years. But currently fed up with harassment/solicitation - always a new empty profile. Please put a stop to this. Also annoyed you cannot migrate messages from previous phone. Hey it's 2019 - should be easy to do.
4 stars: App works exactly as it should. Not too pricey for a full year of use. The people on GROWLr seem to be more friendly than other apps. They tend to be less pushy and FAR less creepy than the people I've encountered while using much more expensive apps. Just a persistent pattern I've noticed in my experiences. I have made some great friends on this app.
