3 stars: I have been trying for a long time now to get a problem fixed with the champion gem(which is the lowest gem you can get) to be raised to at least a R3. Reason is that before update considering gems The gem I had was taken away and replaced with the lower gem. I have written many times to the main customer service at koa and they will not do anything about it.
4 stars: I like this game, it was very fun early game when there was always something to do. However, late game it's super boring. Most days I get on and after about 10 minutes I run out of things to do. I think maybe have a few other events for levels 12-17 would be helpful to keep me engaged. The only reason I haven't bailed is my alliance.
5 stars: Great support, great game! An option to mute the kings loudspeaker would be great. It's super irritating when all they do is send out song lyrics or curse and swear at each other... And it scrolls across my screen with no way to shut it off. I have yet to see \
