3 stars: Giving the 1st star because of the amount of information given, the 2nd star because of the app can do most of the stuff I want to do, 3rd star because of the chat function introduced and the hidden coupons and offers. Not giving the 4th star because the app is very slow and it has lots of scope to improve, and not giving the 5th star because it sometimes shows false amounts for which I need to comfirm with customer support.
5 stars: Net connectivity is not at all at par excellence with the 4G. Hope that the data speed has to be adequately improved. Off and on voice breakings occur audibility is not yet improved. Hope that audiobility has to be improved.
4 stars: Very good app with ease of use, sometimes we get rewarded for online recharge and 100% cashback on recharge of unlimited plans. But only problem is the app seems slow when opening.
