3 stars: The app is very erratic. It took several days for my services to get renewed when I renewed my subscription and I had to keep contacting App support for it. For the last 2 weeks, I have been unable to remotely lock and unlock my car because the icon is missing. App support is so slow to get back and this issue is yet to be fixed. I wish the app could be more seamless.
3 stars: The app is very good, but the features are few considering that I paid €40 per year only for the diagnostic services (and the car itself costs more than €40k). For this price I would also like to have the possibility to view the car's location. Furthermore, for diesel vehicles, it would be interesting to be able to view the AdBlue level and the range.
3 stars: There is a some progress. I can now use most of its features, I think. However, it feels still really slow and some features, like booking a service appointment at the moment of writing this review, still do not work. I would expect a bit less problems with such a simple app, especially from a company like Mercedes.
5 stars: Now it's fixed in latest release (previously wouldn't run on a Sony Xperia1) this is a great little app. I find it very useful to be able to check that the car is locked, check the tyre pressures etc. And although I haven't had to use it yet, to be able to unlock the car if perhaps you've locked the keys in the boot. It's easy to use and the UI is nice.
