4 stars: I've had issues with the app, and the support team was very quick to respond and help me fix the problems. The app itself does what it needs to, and does it pretty well. I'm still having an issue with the phone not ringing with incoming calls, but support is helping with the issue. If it is fixed, I'll edit this to be 5 stars. Otherwise I use it daily, and it works well!
3 stars: It's good but the constant adds and how you always have to scroll down when you get a new message is really annoying. If you don't have service I would recommend this but otherwise it's a waste of space. I also think it's good because you can text people that don't have the app so that ties into the service thing but this app had many flaws.
5 stars: Very easy to use. And a great alternative to my main phone line. I use a 5 year old and very low end andriod phone and it honestly works great! For someone like myself who doesn't always need the newest phones. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have profile pages? Almost turning it into more of a social media aswell.
3 stars: I would give this app 5 stars but the call quality sucks. And sending pictures is an absolute nightmare. Its so aggravating when I get important text messages later then I should have. Needs work. Otherwise, a good app to use if you dont have phone service and need to send text messages. But i would not use the app to make phone calls.
