5 stars: update. issues fixed on most recent update. 🌟 s given back have used the app for years....used it last week without issue - HAVE loved it. Today it told me my app was out of date and had to update it. No problem. Once updated, force close on sign in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to log in the first time and now foce closes every time I try to open it. Was an easy 5/5 stars, now useless 0/5. Please FIX!!
3 stars: Doesn't seem to be any way to attach a receipt without taking a photo. I get receipts as pdf files.
5 stars: Easy to use, with clear information about my coverage. And submitting claims through the app is really easy.
3 stars: I found it very difficult to submit a picture of my receipt for reimbursement. I was also under the impression that my coverage was for $500 not $400.
5 stars: I don't use it often, but everytime I do it works well and efficient. I even got audited by them one time and that was smooth process as well.
4 stars: It's good app aside from the coverage amounts being difficult to understand and different from what Blue Cross service reps say when you call them.
5 stars: Easy to use app. I simply upload photos of my reciepts on the way home after each appointment and recieve my reimbursement quickly.
3 stars: Happy to see they are now accepting electronic receipts for asthma medication.
5 stars: Flawless for submitting claims with ease.
4 stars: Pretty darn convenient... especially snapping a photo of...
