5 stars: Great app, used it for just under a year now and am really enjoying it. Started with just the body weight regime and then moved to the barbell sessions. Have seen great results from both. My one complaint would be the lack of integration into other fitness apps so I can track all my activity but that would be being picky.
4 stars: Its a tidy app good for statistics, keeps you motivated, rather dependable clean app. Freeletics makes me feel very good in general, never suffered any related injuries but i notice it tends to be a little hard on joints. (Double entendre intended)
5 stars: Loving it. I paid for the 12 weeks, will likely extend it, dropped 6kg so far (Jan 2019). Update October 2019 - Now down 13kg. Update - Won't be renewing at cost of over $50 per 3 months. Shame, great if more affordable.
4 stars: Great guidance..helps to keep focus in the gym. Wish there was a setting for running on the treadmill..it kept thinking I was running outside which was throwing off my distance
3 stars: I purchased this app to get into overall better shape. 5 stars for exercise variation and quality. 5 stars for progression. You get NO feedback from an actual human when having difficulties. 100 percent would not reccomend this app unless you are already flexible and in reasonably good shape. I will not renew my coach after this 12 week program is complete.
4 stars: I like the coach but you have to kind of cater for injuries yourself. I don't think the tech is...
