4 stars: If you want a hassle free transfer use this cause the other Sony ways dont tend to work when your phone is a couple of generations old. Would of given it 5 but Sony's poor advertisement of this app lets it down

3 stars: This app could backup most of my apps with their data but after updating the apps to the latest version it will not backup their data. This makes app only useful to transfer some basic stuff and apps without their data.
