3 stars: Have downloaded the app got the text and done all the photo's had to do the selfie one again as that is a difficult one to do. Then nothing they say it will take 20 min that was 3 days ago, Tried to email support but was told not allowed by email response. what's happening. ???

Then, I made a call and asked for an English speaking operator, 15 minutes wating, no answer! pity. . . . . . . . . 5 days after the first comment: well, I was invited to the main office for the double-checking of my documents.
