3 stars: Call/vid quality has been quite good in the latest releases. Some improvement is needed in two areas: 1. the mini-window that appears when you escape the call to, say, open a browser takes too much real estate and can't be easily moved, 2. We need to be able to slide around our own camera image to not obscure view of other person -- asking them to move is bad.
3 stars: Skype is a good app and I have used it for a long time. However, recently whenever I call my friend it ends the call sometimes. Either of us try to call back and Skype won't let us answer or it automatically hangs up. That and it will also make it seem like we are calling twice so we have to put the other same caller on hold. Please look into this, for it is happening too frequently.
3 stars: Great app for use on Android. For my Chromebook it works not so well, letters are too small, it's not possible to see if the person has read my message, enter will not send a message and since the last update it's not possible anymore to share files, as it gives an error message saying that files from the cloud cannot be sent (although the files are saved locally on the harddrive, not in the cloud).
3 stars: Its very difficult to find functions. Skype keeps changing it's website. When, at last, I start to learn to use it, it's changed again and I have to start over.
