5 stars: I'm very happy with Ryanair - have used it many times. One exception - I am not happy with some of the sex oriented advertising - better to keep it as a wholesome single or group experience. I love the 'trumpet call' when landing - perhaps more of this type of ambience would be desirable. Thank you
3 stars: The option to display all available boarding passes for one booking by default needs to be disabled for Android (on iOs you can choose the boarding pass to display). Very easy to scan the wrong boarding pass when checking in luggage or going through the gate, especially since its not always your own pass displayed first.
4 stars: The app is easy to use and is actually really helpful. Be careful however when checking in to go all the way through till you see the boarding passes. Even if checked in, if you haven't seen the boarding passes they will charge you in the airport. I also screenshot these too for ease of access in case of signal /WiFi issues.
5 stars: Great app. Easy to use, tracking all your flights in one place. Boarding and keeping up with flight details is a breeze every time. BA could pick up a trick or two from you guys.
3 stars: The plane was dirty when we boarded,which TBH is not the norm on Ryanair planes or flights.The plane was shaking,maybe twas windy i just thought it was an older plane that needed parking up or service...got here in 3 hrs 45 mins which was 45 mins less then i thought so that was good..
