3 stars: I really like the app. It does everything I need. however, after 3 or 4 days I started to get very frequent pop-up ads. It's disruptive when I'm trying to enter food. I also am a little annoyed - it feels deceptive that the ads would start several days after I started using it. just long enough for me to get comfortable and really like the app. I didn't do the free trial, so i doubt that has anything to do with it.
4 stars: I've used this app before and really liked it, but I just recently redownloaded it and can't even use it. You can't do anything without without setting goals, but every time I try to do that it says there's an error, to check my connection (to what?) and try again. I'm connected to WiFi when this happens, so that's not the issue.
5 stars: The app has been great. It has so many food items already in the system and it's extremely easy to add anything that's not there. I really like how it tracks and adjust for exercise. I don't use it for prompting me during the day so I can't review that aspect but I never want it to notify me of anything. I'm already overloaded with notifications each day.
4 stars: Very good at estimating and tracking nutrition, exercise, weight, blood pressure, temperature, and a host of other health metrics. Accessible by web from desktops or by Android app. For some reason, they discontinued the iOS app. The load time on a browser is TERRIBLE owing to all the ads that must load.
