4 stars: I've been using this app for a few years now, and it's never let me down in terms of available podcasts, and playback quality. It does time out fairly often when downloading larger podcast files, and the widget no longer works very well, as it can't start replaying unless you enter the app and start the player, it won't work from the home screen, or the lock screen anymore.

3 stars: i really don't like that it: - constantly hangs while updating feeds. - randomly pauses downloads -even though not playing or in open apps list will activate itself and pause other music players(pandora, google) and try to play whatever you played last. I would like to have the speed up option(and would pay for it), but dont want to play for such a buggy pod player...
3 stars: lately you click play and it takes several seconds to play, sometimes it launches to a white screen. most issues seem to be related to the widget. I had to delete the app and try another podcast app. wade fox these issues. I loved BeyondPod.
