3 stars: i love the app, but you used to be able to adjust volumes of the background music and the voice cue audios. its really frustrating that i have to turn the music up to keep you pumped only to have cues absolutely blasting through your workout
3 stars: They have now integrated intrusive video ads that you have to WAIT to close out. Never know when these ads are going to pop up and some of them are so loud it frightens. Ads are fine, but video ads are rude, loud, and intrusive.Taking what used to be a super app and turning it into garbage. Typical of these newer generations
4 stars: great workouts, videos to guide you through movements and guided motivation as you workout. only complaint is it's a bit fiddly to find workouts
3 stars: Good range of free and paid exercise videos with timings and rest periods. Unfortunately has recently stopped syncing with Samsung Health.

5 stars: Wide range of workouts, so handy to browse and save for later, much rather be browsing workouts for the gym than social media, really easy to use, helpful images and descriptions of workouts especially for beginners!
