3 stars: I love being in 7cups, I really do. But, i think this app is an OVERSIMPLIFICATION of the site. There are some features from the site that aren't in the app. Such as trainings, the ability to edit your profile, etc. Personally, i dont really like the UX. But nice try, tho. Would give it more stars if it's improved!
5 stars: Love this app!!! it helps me alot! although it depends on whether u get a supportive listeners or not but generally speaking, they all try to help you. And when u use the app long enough, u will know which listeners are good and keep contact with them. People in the groupchats are nice too. the only thing annoys me is the boxes keep popping up in the middle of the chat
3 stars: You need to fire your software engineer and get a better one. This is a great service but the amount of issues with the coding of your application are ridiculous. Difficult to navigate, glitchy, and not very user friendly. Links do not work from chat, difficult to delete/remove listeners that no longer reply, and an unpolished interface sometimes makes using this app quite the chore to be honest.
5 stars: It's a really good app, but I have a question. the thing is kinda urgent and the quiz is super long. if there is a way to make it shorter or skip it entirely, how do I do it? or if it isn't implemented, can you add it in the future for others? Also, could you add a path for helping your friend get through things? Thanks!
