4 stars: the app is very helpful to buy tickets online. but there is a major flaw in it. I'm not able to login through my new phone as my old phone is not working anymore. the error shows I still have an active ticket and I had bought a monthly pass from my old phone. Also, I'm not able to access my monthly pass. Solution- please allow exemption for migration if the ticket is a seasonal ticket. Thanks
5 stars: App is good but i didn't like the option of booking ticket only when you are 4kms away from station, if someone is on the station and want to book ticket he/she just can't and has to get in line to book even if he/she miss the train, the whole purpose of this app is to give convenience to public in booking tickets but when the sole purpose itself is neglected, what is it good for?
5 stars: excellent app... once I saw a huge crowd on ticket window and thought that i am surely going to miss my train.however, as fortune have it that I have had some learning about this app. so, I downloaded it and within a minute I have had my ticket. this app will make life easier for citizen and I sincerely thanks Indian Railways for this much needed initiative.
