4 stars: So far, so good. I've had restaurants decline the order after paying for it, which is frustrating (and I won't order from them again) but the money is back within 24 hours, never had to escalate the issue. I guess as long as you can afford to buy a couple dinners in one night, not a big issue.
3 stars: No rating or reviews of any restaurant, you better be familiar with who you are ordering from. Also, you have to tip the delivery before you ever get the food, instead of after it has been delivered, which makes it no sense.
3 stars: I enjoy being able to order food easily with no hassle, but I find every time I use the app there is a problem. Service could be better.
4 stars: I like that foodora uses gps on your phone, rather than Google maps like StD. Way less problems with deliveries. Just wish they had more choices.
5 stars: Relatively new, great options. Not the biggest selection yet but the Customer service is excellent. Best I've seen from a foodie app
5 stars: This app works better than other food delivery apps. I like it alot. I would like to see more ingredients listed in some dishes, as you just don't know what you're getting sometimes. I would like to see foodora offer more vegan and vegetarian restaurants. I would like to see non vegetarian and vegan restaurants offer their vegetarian and vegan options under a separate header.
