4 stars: 1st scooter was not functioning, but they refunded me that ride within a day, very quick customer service overall. A little pricey I thought (maybe just my area), but it was a fun easy ride on the next one. Alot around so I did not have to go far to find another. App is easy to use as well, and accurate.
3 stars: Good app and useful service. 1)In your conditions, you mention that users must wear helmet. No one does and you know it. Should any accident happen, you can claim it is not your fault. 2) the pricing depends on who. My friend and I took the same path. He paid more than me.
3 stars: Convenient way to get around, but a rip off on price, I had to change my scooter 3 times before going 300metres because they where faulty and for each time charged to unlock, can't check scooter battery or condition until you unlock it, the app isn't correct. Glad to get around, I might try the other scooter options might be cheaper.
5 stars: Oh wow, this thing has some power!!! Awesome, you still do a bit of physical effort but the motor kicks in during acceleration tonhelp you out when it matters the most!! So easy to use as well, just peddle and go! Love from first ride \u003c3
5 stars: I loved it! Seriously easy to ride, even over grass! But be careful if you're short like me (I'm 5ft 2in) and use the pedal for a boost to get on the seat cuz I did that today and the darn thing almost took off on me lol! I will be using these bikes more often now that I know how...
