3 stars: shipping takes a very long time on most items. when the item is still in transit and you havent recieved it, you only have 15 days to open a dispute or else you dont get a refund. half the time when you contact the seller they tell you to just wait and the order never comes and you dont get your money back. customer service is limited and unhelpful
3 stars: You can find almost anything on Aliexpress. However finding quality items can be difficult. Advertising is also misleading as the initial price you see may not be for the item shown but for another item the seller has and you don't see the real price until you click on 'Select' or 'Colour' in the product description.
5 stars: Good App but if you can provide Paytm as an another mode of payment option for Indian customers that will be good to avoid extra charges taken by bank while placing the order on your website using credit or debit card. One more thing please tieup with some Indian courier agency's to deliver the order which is ordered on your app with free shipping or with minimal shipping charges. Rest is good.
