5 stars: it really does help you keep track off everything. I'd recommend it for teens instead of adults because it suits a teenager better it looks like a game l, because you can personalize it to fit your personality. for one you have a pet and you can change the background or theme. it is easy to use and it great to use.
5 stars: So far I love it. I search all over for a app that included water drinking and then I came across this one. It is so detailed and has a lot of other features. My cycle is regular but strange as well since I'm nearing menopause so it's going to be interesting how it will predict my future periods once I use the app for a while. My daughter loves this app and she hyped it up to me so I downloaded it.
5 stars: Great app so far! App has alot of features from tracking the amount of sleep you get per night to the amount of water you're drinking to seeing how close you are to ovulation. The app also has a really neat diary feature as well, allowing you to even record more information each day
