5 stars: Update: The notification issues eventually disappeared. Older: Been using the app for years which was rock solid! Unfortunately a couple months ago notifications stopped working. Which basically renders the app useless. Went through the notes in support, worked for a day and notifications were gone again. Hope this issue is fixed soon.
5 stars: I've been using medisafe for years, and it's never once let me down. It's straightforward, user-friendly and customisable. The notification when I'm almost out of meds is so useful too. And if you somehow manage to miss/dismiss every notification it prompts you again at the end of the day. Don't know how I'd keep track of my meds without it! 100% recommended.
