5 stars: Love Open Table. So easy to find restaurants, make reservations and change reservations. You never know when your flight gets delayed or traffic is a nightmare.

4 stars: Most of the time this is great \u0026 convenient. Once in a while it misleads me by showing nothing is available when really it is. This could be what the restaurant gives to Open Table.

3 stars: The making of reservations is easy and convenient. Generally the restaurants are nice restaurants However the reduction of rewards and cumbersome redemption process for using open table is not welcome. VIP status has no discernable benefit. The bullying tactics of a quasi monopoly are apparent. I am sure there will be some competition.
