5 stars: I've used Trulia to view homes in Atlanta, Sacramento and Philadelphia, and have been disappointed only once with the quality of the home represented. No matter if it's renting or buying I trust Trulia to send me homes that fit my family's needs. All I do is put in my amenities/price range, and Trulia does the rest, easy as 1,2,3.
4 stars: It's a good app and is updated quite frequently. I will say the part where you're looking at the surrounding area info is to a realistic understanding it makes me wonder if they do like some kind of surveys/ratings or something given by the people that actually live in that area. So if you ask me A++ for them. they seem to know their s***.
4 stars: I find the app very well organized. The information provided is concise,pictures almost put you right in the apt and most landlords respond right away to any requests. I most definatly recomend Trulia Rental to all.
