4 stars: It was great aside from the fact that it now crashes whenever I want to start it up. Please fix this soon. Edit: I am using the Huawei Y6 2019 phone and it crashes occasionally when I try to start it up. Also, exiting out of the app while I'm on a journey restarts the app often which means I lose track of my current journey. The latest version of the app is installed.

4 stars: everything is great. exept what improvement can be made in my opinion is that of the notifications of when transport comes. i pressed 5 mins but it didn't notify me. i had to literally have the app open and my phone unlocked in order for me to receive the notification. Just something yous can rectify.
3 stars: Like the newer hop card balance feature. Just wish it would tell if the next bus is full. Frustrating to wait for a bus for long, only to be passed by one bacause its too full.
